Automatic Rolling Ball Toy for Cats

arrived without a tailpiece and with an open package
I am requesting a refund.

To move it, it moves; the ball doesn't get stuck anywhere. If it does get stuck, let it go and it will come off. The item is identical to the description, charging via USB. The only small drawback is that the string gets stuck between the ball and the handle.

Have not tested yet! Should drive the cat bonkers!!!!! !
